Orthodox Crafter was born from a simple desire: to create meaningful, faith-rooted items for prayer and daily life. From komboskini (Orthodox prayer ropes, brojanica or chotki) to stickers and jewelry, every item is handmade with reverence, prayed over and blessed before being carefully shipped from Portugal.

What began as a personal craft for myself and close friends grew quickly as others discovered my work online and asked to purchase it. Before opening this shop, I received my priest’s blessing - and that blessing continues to guide every decision I make.

With a background in design and guidance from Orthodox friends around the world, I aim to create not only beautiful products, but spiritually meaningful ones - items that serve your walk with Christ.

Every piece is crafted to support Orthodox Christian life: in fasting and feasting, in sorrow and joy, in silence and prayer.

What do you sell?

I create and sell handmade Orthodox Christian items, including:

All items are crafted by hand in Portugal with prayer and attention to tradition.
Are your items really handmade?

Yes. Every item is handmade by me, from start to finish. I do not outsource, resell, or mass-produce anything. Materials are selected carefully, and I craft each piece in small batches - one order at a time.

Where are you located?

I’m based in Europe (Portugal), and all items ship from here. I ship worldwide.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. I offer free worldwide shipping, and tracking is always included.
How long does processing and shipping take?

PROCESSING TIME
Every item is handmade to order. Nothing is pre-made or stored in bulk, so we take a few days to create each piece before it ships. Processing takes 3–5 business days, depending on the item and order volume. This time is in addition to shipping.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on the postal service. These are estimates and may vary, especially during holidays.

If your order is delayed, please contact your local postal service first - they may have faster tracking updates. You're always welcome to contact me as well, and I’ll do my best to help however I can.

FURTHER ASSISTANCE
Every item is handmade with care and quality. If your order runs into delivery issues, I’ll take care of it.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. Because every item is handmade by me, packaged personally, and created to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I’m a one-person shop and cannot resell returned items. Please be sure of your selection before purchasing.
This applies to EU orders as well, under legal exceptions for custom-made and personalized goods.
Can I cancel my order?

No. Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as I begin preparing your order immediately. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Can I request a custom order?

Yes. I do accept custom requests.

Please contact me before purchasing to request a quote, describe what you're looking for, and confirm availability. Not all customizations are possible, but I’m happy to discuss options.
What materials do you use?

All materials are listed clearly on each product page. If you have questions, feel free to contact me before ordering.
I saw you had Etsy reviews. Are they real?

Yes. I previously sold on Etsy before moving to this independent website.

I manually included real reviews from verified Etsy buyers under the relevant products - including name, date, and full review text.

I was a Star Seller on Etsy under the name OrthoCrafter, with consistently 5-star reviews for quality, speed, and customer service - until moving to my own store.
